  Here are some step-by-step instructions to help you make an order from Wedowholesale:

  When using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is a PayPal Confirmed Address. If not, we will also need to contact you to request for additional supporting documents to show that the delivery address is a valid address associated with the PayPal account holder.
  In cases where insufficient proof can be obtained, we may ask you to make payment via wired bank transfer (T/T) or Western Union. • 11.Shipping Destinations
  We ship to most countries. If for whatever reason we cannot ship to your location, our Customer Service representative will contact you.
  
  
  
• 12.P.O. Box Addresses
  Our shipping carriers do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. You must provide us with an actual physical address to which our air carriers can ship the products.

• 1. Registered Membership
  You do not need to register your information on our site until you decide to buy from us. Registering with us ensures your purchase history is recorded for your easy reference and that you get our new product alerts. We do not sell, in part or whole, your information to third party companies.

• 2. Lost Password
  For security reasons, the password is encrypted. Therefore, we are unable to disclose this information. You can obtain a new password by click the "Lost Your Password"button,Enter your name and email address. Then click the "Submit" button. A new auto-generated password will be sent to you via email shortly. You can then login using your login name and new auto-generated password. As the password is case sensitive, you may want to cut and paste it from the original email. Remember to delete any additional spaces.
• 3. Return Policy and Product Warranty
  1. You may return new, unopened items (except for items that have been customized on behalf of the buyer) for store credit, within 7 calendar days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact, and must be accompanied by a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by us, and sent to the address indicated in the Return Merchandise Authorization. Shipping and handling fees will not be credited.
  2. Items that are defective on arrival shall be exchanged or the product cost credited for other store purchases if you report the problems within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  3. Items under the warranty period may be returned to us for repair or replacement if we are unable to repair the problem. The warranty only applies to defects caused by material or workmanship and does not cover damages caused by the user's mishandling.
  For all returns, you must contact our Customer Services (support@wedowholesale.com)in writing to describe the reason for returns and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number prior to sending the items back for exchange or credit.
  You shall be responsible for all shipping when returning the items to us for exchange,credit, repair or replacement. Shipping and handling fees shall not be credited.
  We shall not be responsible for losses, damages and/or breakage during the return shipping process. We highly recommend that you use a traceable courier,means to ship the product and purchase shipping insurance.
  We shall notify you by email once we have received and processed your returned item. We typically process your returned items within five(5) to seven(7) days of receiving them.
  The Return Policy does not apply to items that have been customized in any way for the buyer. All sales are final for such items
